14 Day return policy:

The team at 7Artisan Street takes great care to maintain the quality of the merchandise. Please read complete descriptions, sizes, material and disclaimers before ordering.

For any valid reason if you want to exchange or return, we will gladly exchange or refund the merchandise within 14 days of the original delivery date. 

For all items shipped (not picked up locally), customer is responsible for shipping the goods back. 

Sipping fee is not refundable.

SALES AT LOCAL EVENTS AND POP-UPS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE IS NO SHIPPING AT THESE EVENTS PLUS THERE IS NO RETURN AFTER THE SALE IS MADE

International Returns:

All international Sales are final

Unfortunately, currently we do not offer exchange or returns on international orders

Prerequisites:

The items must be unused / unwashed and in the same condition as received to be eligible for the return.

Original packing of the item and any accessory should also be returned.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, it will not be approved and will will be sent back to the customers at their cost. 

We do not sell used or manhandled merchandise.

For your security, please return item with an insured courier.

Please indicate clear reasons of your return.  Due to the handmade nature of most of our items, read the disclaimers before ordering.  Items for natural variations and imperfections will not be returned.

Final Sale items:

Please note: there is no return or exchange on items in “Sale" and "Special finds”.

Processing:

All requests for return and exchange will be inspected and verified by our team before it is processed.

Returns will be process in approximately 10 days.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 2 days of receiving the product. The RETURN SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL PAYOUT

In the event 7Artisan Street makes an error with the order, exchange will be made with the same product line with no additional shipping charge upon return of the original item. 

Exchange for a different product or new item(s) will be treated as a new order.  Exchange has to be of the same or more value of the original purchase.
